Description
The old Jenkins server (jenkins.swagger.io) is no longer accessible, causing the build and npm audit badges to show as invalid or broken. I have updated them to point to the current Node.js CI workflow and CodeQL workflow.
Motivation and Context
The broken badges on the README page look unmaintained and might confuse users about the build status. Updating them ensures the repository displays accurate and up-to-date CI status.
