Support Keycloak (OpenID) token generation as required by the new v20 SW360 backend.
We have new methods get_keycloak_token(), is_token_expired(), and is_write_token().

I have also created a package on pypi: https://pypi.org/project/sw360/1.12.0.dev1/

Otherwise, the code works well for me, so from my side it can be merged after addressing the details I mentioned above.
