Initial idea:

Provide a platform for QA people to test certain number of cases for a given project build and then generate a report out of it.

QA be able to CRUD test cases.
Link to Fogbugz or JIRA or Pivotal tracker or such Tracking tools
Generate PDF of the qa audit and send to project members
