Summary

• Restrict the public image catalog to Seedream 5.0 and Seedream 5.0 Pro, with Seedream 5.0 as the default.
• Restrict the public video catalog to Seedance 2.0 and Seedance 2.0 Mini Lite for non-VIP, plus Seedance 2.0 Vision and Seedance 2.0 Mini for VIP, with Seedance 2.0 Mini as the default.
• Synchronize defaults and allowlists across Facade, ChatGPT, MCP, OpenCode, OpenAPI, documentation, Skills, generated contract goldens, and tests.
• Stabilize the stdio image workflow test by polling the asynchronous result until it leaves in_progress.

Why

The previously exposed catalog and defaults still included legacy model choices and were inconsistent across entry points. This change makes the supported front-door contract explicit and aligned with the requested VIP/non-VIP channel governance.

Impact

This changes public model IDs, defaults, validation, generated MCP/OpenAPI contracts, and the Skill digest. It is a cold contract change and requires an immutable release/new task for host activation; this PR does not publish or activate the marketplace package.
