   This is related to the ability of deleting individual VMs of a given user, e.g., restivm-mspina-02.

   @claude can you check if this feature is currently supported?

   • check if p4tenant implements this functionalities, similar to the command p4tenant add vm
   • check that "Changes to apply" in the UI are consistent with user choice
