• simplify IRC channel navigation and expose Admin only to exact admin-role users

• refresh the forum listing when backing out of a newly saved topic
• document the 1.3.0 operations, architecture, security boundaries, and recovery path

Validation

• macOS: 24 tests passed; Linux-only peer-credential test skipped as expected
• Raspberry Pi Debian 13 ARM64: 24/24 tests passed, including SO_PEERCRED integration
• live service: version 1.3.0, active socket/database health, ken role=admin
• live migration: every topic has exactly one opening post
• full-width and compact live snapshots verified
