Add Hermes Tweet plugin

Summary

• add a hermes-tweet plugin entry to the marketplace
• include a /hermes-tweet helper script with Hermes Agent install and read-first operation guidance
• update the README plugin table and usage example

claude plugin validate . still fails on the existing legacy marketplace schema in this repo, including the pre-existing root version and description fields and the existing doc-generator entry shape.
