Display a storage gauge to display remaining space for the current mailbox Also allow a user to purge trash/spam messages and add nightly task to purge old trashed/spam messages.
The ui-components Tooltip renders its bubble inline, next to its trigger, so every ancestor with overflow hidden/auto (resizable panels, scroll areas, modals) clipped it. Upstream 1.3.0 still does, so we ship our own Tooltip with the same API that portals the bubble to <body>, above modals, and forbid the upstream one through ESLint. It also merges the trigger props and ref instead of overwriting them, which makes the assignees widget wrapper span useless. TransientTooltip now builds on it through a controlled mode instead of duplicating the portal and positioning logic. react-aria and react-stately become direct dependencies as the Tooltip uses their hooks.
ViewHelper's folder checks read window.location, but the router renders a new location before pushing it to the history. Components rendered on a folder switch saw the previous folder until some later render, which only came with the thread list response: the trashbin banner kept the previous folder's text (or stayed shown leaving it) for as long as the list took to load, and the swipe actions memoized the stale folder until the next url change. useCurrentView derives the checks from the router search params instead. ViewHelper.getView computes them once per url, as every thread row asks. The is*View methods remain for handlers and effects, where window.location is up to date.
Trash and spam are message flags shared by every mailbox of a thread, so a thread shared with a mailbox as a viewer showed up in its Trash or Spam as soon as an editor binned it. Emptying the folder only deletes threads the mailbox holds as an editor: those threads stayed listed with no way to remove them. Trash and Spam (lists, counters and search) now only list threads held as an editor. The storage usage follows the same rule: a viewer thread is billed to its editors (every thread keeps one) and the mailbox could not free it anyway. This basis is shared by the quota gauge, the usage reported to DeployCenter, the largest threads list and the per-mailbox and per-domain usage metrics, so they keep matching. ThreadAccessFactory draws a random role, so the tests touching these computations now set it explicitly instead of passing by chance.
DELETE /threads/<id>/ and DELETE /messages/<id>/ let any editor permanently delete threads and messages, trashed or not, bypassing the trash and the TRASHBIN_ALLOW_EMPTY policy. The thread route was unused by the frontend so it is removed; the message route is only used to discard drafts so it now rejects any other message.
