This PR adds my GSoC 2026 Week 12 blog post.
It covers wrapping up the GTK4 port of the TurtleArt activity, fixing several pre-existing Python 3 and resource-related bugs, and splitting the work into separate GTK4 and bug-fix PRs based on mentor feedback.
