"Hi team! I am currently drafting my GSoC proposal for the AI Optimization project. While setting up the local environment, I noticed there wasn't a .env.example file to guide new contributors on which variables to configure (like DEV_MODE). I've added a basic template here to help streamline the onboarding process for future developers."
