Update TigerTag JSON database

Refreshes the TigerTag ID tables in src/tag/tigertag/database/ from api.tigertag.io (via download_json.py).

Changes

• id_brand (118 → 138): +20 brands (Inslogic, Conjure, Marswork, CaiLab, E3D, VOXELPLA, 3DMA, Filament 3D, Nobufil, Tucab, OneFil, Zimple3D, IEMAI, Inland, EPAX, iSANMATE, Tinmorry, 3D Lac, Copper3D, Smart3DPT); name fixes (GIANTARN → GIANTARM, FILFORME → Filforme, non-breaking spaces removed); updated type_ids
• id_material (96 → 113): +17 materials (PETG-GF, PES, PEI-9085 / -GF / -CF, PEKK-CF, PEI-1010-GF, PEEK-GF / -CF, PC-CF, PCL, PAHT / -GF, PE-GF, PA11 / -GF / -CF); density and bed temperature fixes on existing entries
• id_aspect (23 → 25): + Fiber, Metal
• id_type (2 → 4): + Accessories, Spare Part
• id_version: tag identifiers renamed (TIGER_TAG_V1.0, TIGER_TAG_PLUS_V1.0); not used by the parser

No IDs were removed. All tests pass (95 passed, 1 skipped).
