This commit ... 1. sets up packages.sublimetext.com as main package registry provider 2. auto-replaces default channel by channel_v3.json when running on ST3 as channel_v4.json strips all ST3-only packages. 3. auto-replaces old channel urls by new default channel. 5. removes obsolete url replacements.
