Experimental checkpoint of usage/cost reporting accuracy work: - shared: TurnRecord.tokenScope (turn/session/unknown), nullable token and cost fields, UsageSnapshot for late cumulative/unknown observations; v1 history stays readable - semantics: only verified harness input conventions; no model-name fallback, freshInput stays unknown when counts are inconsistent - pricing: no private gateway seed prices or fixed FX; full model identity plus explicit aliases, provider scopes no longer match model text, ambiguous entries surface pricingWarning instead of guessing - tracker/turns/read-model: late idle usage refreshes a snapshot card instead of inventing turn deltas; a falling session-cost counter is not treated as a session reset - UI (panel/pill/sidebar/overview/timeline): disclose incomplete usage, partial reference estimates and unknown-cost turns; session token snapshot in pill; old timeline cards label missing scope metadata - tests: new server/read-model.test.ts; 66 tests pass, tsc clean
OMP emits turn_completed without usage, and its poller publishes the final session snapshot afterwards on the agent_update channel. Turns settled before that snapshot, dropping the last call or recording an empty turn. Session-scope completed turns now keep a journaled `ending` outcome and settle on the first new observation, the next turn start, a 2s drain timeout, or shutdown. The reported status and endedAt are kept. modelCalls is null for session/unknown scope, because a snapshot count is not a model-call count. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
This workaround can be removed once Paseo provides turn_completed.usage for OMP or a definitive final-drain signal. The notes document what to delete and when it's safe to refactor.

Paseo 0.12 hides background workspaces from default agent and workspace lists and sends a catalog remove for agents that the filter hides. The tracker retired those agents, so their turns were recorded as canceled with no usage. Request background workspaces in every catalog list, falling back to an unfiltered list on hosts that predate them, so the minimum stays 0.11.0. Confirm each remove by agent ID before settling the open turn. Add 0.12.0 to the CI matrix and record the 0.12 review. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Remove internal research notes with local data from the repository and keep them under the gitignored docs/private/. Verified locally: typecheck and 75 tests against SDK 0.11.1 and 0.12.0; real Claude turns in a background workspace on Paseo 0.12.0, with a before/after control.
