feat: support local subscriptions and inbound port tests

Summary

• add remote URL and local file subscription modes, including uploaded YAML/text parsing
• store local subscription content for refresh while sanitizing raw content from API responses
• add inbound port tests for bind availability and saved proxy reachability
• harden subscription copy/update paths and chain-node source syncing
