This pull request introduces a Contributor License Agreement (CLA) system, updates licensing information, and significantly expands and clarifies the project documentation. It also includes minor code and UI improvements. The main themes are legal/compliance additions, documentation overhaul, and minor codebase tweaks.

Legal and Compliance:

• Added a new LICENSE file with the MIT license and a clear distinction between free and commercial "Pro Features" requiring a separate license.
• Introduced a Contributor License Agreement (.github/cla/cla.md), a workflow to automate CLA signing (.github/workflows/cla.yml), and a signatures tracking file (.github/cla/signatures.json). [1] [2] [3]

• Major rewrite and expansion of README.md:

Code and UI Tweaks:

• Improved theme handling in index.html to better distinguish between light and dark themes and updated localStorage key.

• Adjusted Toaster positioning in src/App.svelte for improved UI consistency.
• Minor cleanup in src/lib/components/AboutDialog.svelte (removed unused import and improved fallback logic). [1] [2]
