feat: SQL editor fixes, licensing UX, pin tabs, perf pass, private-repo release pipeline

Summary

Quality pass across the SQL editor, sidebar, licensing UX, and app performance — plus the release-pipeline changes required now that this repo is private (binaries publish to the public broisnischal/stroke repo).

New features

• Pin tabs — pinned tabs group at the front, show a pin badge, survive Close Others / Close All
• Graphite theme
• In-app license page — "Activate Pro" opens a dedicated tab (key entry, plan status, purchase link, confetti on activation); License row with live plan badge in Settings
• SQL editor sorting — client-side column sorting on query results, carried into JSON view, charts, and exports

Fixes

• Pinned data-table columns freeze flush to the left edge (no more gutter gap)
• Query results grid is read-only: removed table-only actions (filter by value, edit, duplicate/delete row, etc.) and the broken column-stats panel
• Double-click titlebar maximize (duplicate handler was maximizing + instantly restoring)
• Sidebar rows no longer shift as row counts load

Performance

• Reconnect overlay drops as soon as the connection is live; catalog streams into the sidebar (~2-3 s perceived reconnect → a few hundred ms)
• Lazy row counts: table list renders immediately, exact counts patch in from a background pass
• Postgres connect: statement_timeout in the startup packet (with PgBouncer fallback), TCP preflight races the handshake
• Sidebar stays virtualized while rows are expanded; AI streaming markdown parses once per frame; canvas color cache capped

UI

• Settings dialog redesigned: grouped sections, proper hierarchy, kbd shortcut chips

Release pipeline (private repo)

• release.yml publishes releases, latest.json, and the Scoop manifest to public broisnischal/stroke via RELEASES_TOKEN
• auto-release.yml pushes the version bump + tag with the PAT so the tag triggers the Release build automatically

Notes

• Labeled release:minor → merging cuts v1.1.0 automatically
• Watch the first publish-updater-json job (first cross-repo publish via PAT)
