- Around line 625-626: Update the reveal menu enabled condition near `menu_row`
to require both a saved document path and an available `app.services.reveal`
service, keeping the item disabled when either is absent.
- Line 628: Update the `file.reveal` action and its dispatcher so the selected
tab’s document is resolved and passed to `io::reveal` instead of using the
active document; constrain resolution to documents that are currently open.
- Line 524: Update render_tab_menu to accept an optional tab index and enable
Close only when an index is present; set the close target and close the menu
only for Some(index). Pass Some(i) from the per-tab caller and active from the
empty-strip caller so no active tab cannot close document 0.

Disable Close when no tab is active.
Home can appear over open documents. On that screen, the empty-strip menu still enables Close and targets index 0. Selecting it can close the first open document or start its save prompt, even though no tab is active. Pass an optional index and disable Close when it is None.

Disable reveal when no file-manager service exists.
When a document has a saved path but app.services.reveal is absent, this menu enables reveal. The existing command-availability test disables file.reveal in that state, and the handler returns "no file manager here". Include service availability in this menu’s enabled condition.

Reveal the tab’s document, not the active document.
When a saved inactive tab selects this action, file.reveal ignores the "path" parameter. The dispatcher calls io::reveal, which reads the active document’s path. The file manager therefore shows the wrong file. Make the command resolve the selected tab’s document, and keep that selection constrained to open documents.
