🗄️ Data Integrity & Integration | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick win

Store the resolved installed-effect parameters.

resolve_params clamps and rounds values and removes unknown keys, but this call discards its result. If a filter returns an out-of-range parameter, new_effect stores the original value while live-effect execution uses the resolved value. effect.list and the saved document then report a value different from the one applied. Pass the resolved object to new_effect. (raw.githubusercontent.com)

Review comment at @crates/engine/src/cmd/plugin.rs at line 120:
Store the resolved parameters returned by plugin.manifest().resolve_params
instead of discarding them, then pass that resolved object to new_effect. Keep
the existing refusal behavior for resolution errors and ensure installed-effect
metadata, effect.list, and saved documents use the same clamped, rounded,
filtered parameters applied at runtime.
