fix(automation): doc_open and form_fill report the errors of the form's scripts - #4551
The errors of a form's scripts went to the document's script output, which automation reads only in form_set_script and in an XFA button click. doc_open returned only the document summary, and the warnings of form_fill and the other edit tools did not include them. An automation client was not told when opening stopped a form's scripts ("The form's scripts were stopped: the scripts took more than 3 seconds; N more were skipped") or when a runaway script turned them off. The next XFA button click through js_run then returned the stale error as its own error.
This pull request makes these changes:
doc_open lists the errors of the scripts that ran on open in warnings.
form_fill and the other edit tools that go through apply add the errors of the scripts the edit ran to warnings, after the existing font notices.
Session::take_js_errors takes only the errors. The alerts, console lines and requests stay in the script output for take_js_output, as before. It also clears the record of document-script errors already reported, so a document script that fails again on a later edit is reported in that edit's warnings too.
The doc_open and form_fill tool descriptions describe the new warnings.
#344 also reports doc_open's script output, as a javascript object, among its other changes; it does not cover the edit tools.

doc_open_and_form_fill_report_the_errors_of_the_forms_scripts (automation, new): an initialize script that throws shows in doc_open's warnings, a later button click has no error, and a calculation that throws shows in form_fill's warnings without the open's error. It fails on main with no warnings in the open's result.
doc_info_says_when_a_runaway_script_turned_the_forms_scripts_off (automation): also checks that doc_open's warnings says the form's scripts are off. It fails on main.
take_js_errors_leaves_the_alerts_for_take_js_output (engine, new): the errors are taken once, and the alert stays for take_js_output. With take_js_errors taking the whole output, it fails with left [], right ["opened"].
take_js_errors_reports_a_document_scripts_error_again_on_the_next_edit (engine, new): two edits of a form whose document script throws each report the error once. Without the change, the second edit reports no error.
On Windows 11 (x86-64) with rustc 1.99.0, on e0eab3d:
No new unwrap/expect/panic!/unreachable!/todo! outside tests, unless it is
provably infallible with a comment saying why
No indexing or slicing with input-derived positions (get, and strings only at char
boundaries); checked or saturating arithmetic; allocations sized by input are capped;
recursion is bounded
No unsafe

This change fixes no crash.
Anything a reviewer should look at first
Every edit tool that goes through apply now reports script errors in warnings, not only form_fill. #4166's test form_fill_cannot_print_but_js_run_can reads the session's output after form_fill. Only errors are taken, so its console and empty-errors checks still hold: it passed on this branch's earlier head 5311cca merged with #4166. #4166 now conflicts with main at 20eebc1.
Summary by CodeRabbit
Bug Fixes
Document opening now reports errors from form scripts in its warnings, including notices that scripts were stopped or turned off. Errors from initialization scripts are included when present.
Form edits now include errors from scripts triggered by the change in their warnings, including calculation errors and notices that scripts were stopped or turned off. Edit notices appear before script errors, and warnings are shown only when there is something to report.

Walkthrough
The change adds document-scoped retrieval of pending JavaScript errors. doc_open and edits include those errors in warnings. Tool descriptions and tests cover script errors, stopped scripts, and the separation of errors from alerts.
Session::take_js_errors returns and clears a document’s pending errors without consuming alerts or other output. Tests cover error retrieval and repeated document-script errors after edits.

Merge Risk: Minimal · up to e0eab
The changed automation paths preserve repeated script-error warnings without consuming unrelated JavaScript output.
Security architecture risk: Low · up to e0eab
Script failures now reach clients as warnings without granting scripts additional permissions. The remaining uncertainty concerns downstream handling of these document-controlled messages and the attribution of pending errors to individual operations.
Retained concerns
No architecture-level concerns identified.
Security review details
Security Blast Radius
inferred — A document author can influence script-error text that now reaches automation warnings when a client opens or edits that document. The inspected new path exposes diagnostic strings from the selected document; it does not execute those strings or dispatch buffered script requests. Downstream client interpretation was not assessed.
Trust Boundaries and Controls
observed — Retrieval requires mutable access to the owning Session and selects only the matching document record. Document IDs are allocated monotonically within the session, and closing removes that document. The new method does not add cross-session lookup or authority beyond the existing whole-output retrieval method.

Read the whole non-test change: Session::take_js_errors in engine/js.rs, its use in doc_open and apply in the automation crate, and the two tool descriptions. It takes only the errors out of js_output, so alerts, console lines and requests stay for take_js_output. doc_open adds a warnings list only when there are errors, and apply appends the errors after the existing edit notices into one warnings array, so the old output is unchanged when nothing failed. The gate and SonarCloud pass at this head. I read the code and CI and did not run the automation tools by hand.
Merged main at 20eebc1 into this branch (e58cd6a). The one conflict came from main moving doc_open and apply from crates/automation/src/lib.rs to crates/automation/src/documents.rs; the branch's changes to both now sit there.
The branch merges cleanly with main at 20eebc1. Checks on e58cd6a:

take_js_errors took the errors but kept the record of document-script
errors already reported, so a second form_fill that ran the same failing
document script left the error out of its warnings. It now clears that
record as well; alerts, console lines and requests stay for
take_js_output.
