Number Stored as Text: green indicator, warning button and Convert to Number (#1994) - #2095
Conversation
… Number (storytold#1994) Numbers stored as text are skipped by SUM and friends, and GridCraft gave no hint. Like Excel's background error checking, a constant whose text would be a number if typed now gets a green triangle in its top-left corner; with such a cell active, a warning button beside it opens a menu naming the problem with Convert to Number, which converts every flagged cell in the selection as one undo step. - core: `parse::number_stored_as_text` (signs, thousands separators, currency, percent, exponent, one parenthesised negative). Dates, times and fractions kept as text are not flagged, as in Excel. - engine: `cmd::formulas::number_stored_as_text(cell)` (constants only, not formula results) and `formulas.convertToNumber {range?}`, which keeps each cell's format. - ui: the triangle in the grid and the warning button with its menu; pt-BR and German strings. Avoid recording an undo step when no cells convert.
formulas.convertToNumber calls edit even when every found vector is empty. commit always assigns a new workbook Arc, so Session::execute records an undo step and clears redo history even when converted is 0. Check for eligible cells before calling edit.

Check the warning button against the mirrored cell area.
On a right-to-left sheet, tag has been mirrored but geo.cells has not. With a narrow active column at the screen’s left edge, the visible button can fail this check. The warning menu then becomes unavailable for that cell. Compare screen-coordinate rectangles on both sides.

Translate the warning button’s accessible name.
The grid requests "Error checking options" for the button’s accessible name, but the German table does not translate that key. Add the key beside the other warning strings so German users receive a German label.

Part of #1994: the first of the three problems the triage comment split it into, the indicator and Convert to Number. The background error-checking options and the XLSX
ignoredErrorsround trip, with Ignore Error, are left for their own tickets. What happens
A number stored as text, such as a bank export or a value typed after an apostrophe, looks like any other text and is skipped by SUM and AVERAGE, so totals come out wrong with no hint. Excel flags it with a green corner triangle and offers Convert to Number.
Change
parse::number_stored_as_text(&str) -> Option<f64>flags text that would be a number if typed: signs, thousands separators, currency, percent, exponent, and one parenthesised negative. Dates, times and fractions kept as text are not flagged, as in Excel (they belong to other rules), and neither are words, blanks, booleans or error text.cmd::formulas::number_stored_as_text(&Cell)covers constants only, not formula results.formulas.convertToNumber {range?}converts every flagged cell in the range or selection and keeps each cell's format.
