Fixes #1783.

The Draw tab's controls now sit in Excel's order: Select, Eraser, the pen set, then Ink to Shape — and the object tool carries Excel's name and tooltip.

• "Select Objects" becomes Select (same draw.lasso command; tooltip: select objects including ink, shapes and text areas).
• The Eraser moves ahead of the pen set.

Labels, pen menus and the live stroke preview are unchanged; they are separate PRs (#1784, #1785, #1786). Cut from main, independent of #1767 and #1187.

Verification

• cargo fmt --all -- --check
• cargo clippy -p gridcraft-ui-egui --all-targets -- -D warnings
• cargo test -p gridcraft-ui-egui (full crate suite)
• Offscreen render (--example snapshot -- --tab Draw) shows Select, Eraser, Pen Blue/Black/Red, Highlighter and Ink to Shape in that order.
• docs/ui-parity.md revision history updated; contributors/people.toml carries my own entry, per AGENTS.md.
