Add `i18n/it.rs` with 970 entries: every key any other catalog
translates (ribbon, File view, dialogs, status messages), worded the
way Italian Excel users know them. Register `Language::It` ("Italiano")
so it appears in the View-tab switcher and `it`/`it-IT`/`it-CH` system
locales pick it on first run. Placeholders and line breaks match the
English keys.

An Italian interface catalog,
