Builds on #1083 (More Colors and Recent Colors, for #928). Until #1083 lands the diff includes its commits; the new work is the last five commits.

Compared side by side with Excel 365 on Windows, the shared colour palette differed in a few ways (all already present before #1083):

Changes

• Tints (theme_tints in widgets.rs): the five tints and shades depend on the colour's lightness, as measured in Excel 365: white -5, -15, -25, -35, -50 %; black +50, +35, +25, +15, +5 %; very light (L > 0.8) -10, -25, -50, -75, -90 %; very dark (L < 0.2) +90, +75, +50, +25, +10 %; otherwise the existing +80, +60, +40, -25, -50 %. Keyboard Enter on a swatch uses the same values.
• Layout: 20 px swatches, the theme row on its own, the tint rows touching, bold headings, the palette kept to the grid's width. No Fill / No Color and More Colors… are full-width rows at the bottom with an icon and underlined access letter; Automatic (font and border colours) stays above the swatches, as in Excel.
• Position: split_button_rect gives the whole split button, and the Fill and Font Color menus anchor under it with RectAlign::BOTTOM_START.
• More Colors… toggles an expandable section (chevron), which starts collapsed whenever the menu opens. Its Standard tab is a honeycomb of 127 hexagons and a row of greys, generated in code (white at the centre, hues around it, stronger then darker towards the edge, blues at the top and reds at the bottom as in Excel's layout; no Office values copied). Custom is Colour menus: More Colors… and Recent Colors (#928) #1083's picker, sized to the palette.
• Keyboard: when the Fill or Font Color menu is opened with keytips (H, H / H, F, C), No Fill / Automatic and More Colors… show their letters as keytip badges, and N (No Fill / No Color), A (Automatic) and M (More Colors…) run them. The letter's typed text is removed too, so the grid behind doesn't start editing with it.
• More Colors… opens on the selection's colour, as Excel's dialog does: the Custom tab with its hex and a Current swatch beside New (clicking it goes back to it). Without one, it opens on the last custom colour. Enter is OK while the hex box holds a colour.
• New Icon::Palette, drawn in code.

Testing

• colour_palette.rs: the tints of five columns match Excel's swatches within 2 per channel (Colour menus: More Colors… and Recent Colors (#928) #1083's fixed tints give white for Excel's F2F2F2 and CCCCCC for its 808080); No Fill and More Colors… sit below the swatches and Automatic above; More Colors… expands, collapses and starts collapsed when the menu reopens.
• more_colors.rs: H, H, M (sent as a real key press with its text) opens More Colors on the cell's fill with Current shown, the cell doesn't start editing, Enter keeps the colour; H, H, N applies No Fill.
• Colour menus: More Colors… and Recent Colors (#928) #1083's more_colors.rs tests still pass, and picking a honeycomb colour then OK applies exactly that colour.
• On Windows: ui-egui suite, cargo fmt --check, cargo clippy --all-targets -D warnings, cargo xtask wasm, cargo xtask assets. Checked in dark and light themes.

Not included: Excel's "High-contrast only" toggle.
