Preserve the nonpositive-ROI fallback.

If r[2] or r[3] is zero, this branch can run before roi_offset() rejects the ROI. It returns a one-pixel crop instead of the full frame. Apply the same positive-size check before expanding the ROI.

Review comment at @crates/render/src/lib.rs at line 1037:
Update the ROI expansion condition near roi_holds_frame so it requires both ROI
dimensions r[2] and r[3] to be positive before calling roi_offset or applying
the one-pixel crop; preserve the existing full-frame fallback for zero or
negative dimensions.

Do not use nested-comp bounds to crop the parent canvas.

When a collapsed precomp draws into the top-level canvas, self.top remains true but ctx.comp is the nested comp. A parent ROI of 100×80 can therefore satisfy roi_holds_frame for an 80×60 nested comp. This branch passes only the parent canvas’s top-left 80×60 pixels to the effect. Pixels under a translated nested adjustment footprint can then disappear. Limit this frame-crop path to the comp that owns the top-level canvas, or map nested-comp bounds through the collapsed transform.

Review comment at @crates/render/src/lib.rs around lines 2065 - 2069:
Restrict the frame-crop branch around self.opts.roi, self.top, and
roi_holds_frame so it runs only when ctx.comp is the comp that owns the
top-level canvas; do not use nested-comp dimensions to crop the parent canvas.
Preserve the existing crop behavior for the owning top-level comp, or explicitly
transform nested bounds into parent-canvas coordinates before cropping.

Keep pasteboard pixels outside the effect input.

If an adjustment footprint extends beyond the comp frame, this crop pads the frame-sized effect result with transparent pixels. The later footprint blend then replaces visible pasteboard content with that transparency. For example, a wider adjustment solid over the out-of-frame yellow layer loses the yellow pixels under its footprint, even with a per-pixel effect. Keep the existing canvas pixels outside the frame when aligning the result. Image::crop supplies transparent padding, not the existing pixels. (raw.githubusercontent.com)

Review comment at @crates/render/src/lib.rs around lines 2080 - 2082:
Update the adjustment-result alignment around the crop operation so out-of-frame
areas retain the existing canvas pixels instead of transparent padding from
Image::crop. Preserve the effect result within the canvas and ensure the later
footprint blend does not overwrite pasteboard content outside the effect input,
including when the adjustment footprint is larger than the comp frame.
