Format Shape: Scale Height/Width and a From origin in Size & Properties - #1447
Adds Scale Height and Scale Width (%) and a From selector (Top Left Corner / Center) for Horizontal/Vertical to the Format Shape pane's Size & Properties tab, matching the Size and Position dialog.
Scale is measured from the size the tab first showed, as in the dialog, and runs shape.sizePosition; Lock aspect ratio applies.
From = Center shows and takes the centre of the box; the command still receives the top-left corner.
The Lock aspect ratio checkbox used a fresh id each frame, so it never kept its state; it now does.
New kittest the_format_pane_scales_and_positions_from_the_centre.
Checked: cargo test -p deckcraft-ui-egui --lib on Linux: 417 pass; ime_tests::korean_composes_in_the_notes_pane fails the same way on unmodified main. cargo fmt --check and clippy clean for the new code. Not run: Windows/macOS, real PowerPoint (its pane is not scriptable through COM, so its Scale/From behaviour was not compared).

New Features
Added width and height scale controls for a single selected shape, measured against its baseline dimensions. When aspect locking is enabled, resizing preserves proportions.
Position coordinates can be displayed and edited relative to either the shape’s top-left corner or center. Center-origin edits are applied using the selected origin.
Position controls are unavailable when multiple shapes are selected. The chosen position origin is retained for the session.
… Size & Properties
Scale is measured from the size the tab first showed, like the Size and Position
dialog, and runs shape.sizePosition (honouring Lock aspect ratio). From switches
Horizontal/Vertical between the top-left corner and the centre. The lock checkbox
used a fresh id every frame so it never held; it now keeps its state.

Walkthrough
The Format Shape Size tab adds width and height scale controls based on stored baseline dimensions. It also adds a position-origin selector for Top Left Corner or Center coordinates. UI tests cover scale edits and Center-origin positioning.

Summary
Scale controls and position origin crates/ui-egui/src/panels/format_shape.rs, crates/ui-egui/src/units_tests.rs
The Size tab stores per-shape baseline dimensions and adds scale fields that dispatch shape.sizePosition. Position fields support Top Left Corner or Center coordinates and convert center edits to top-left coordinates for shape.move. The UI test helper replaces displayed input text, and the pane test checks scale and Center-origin edits.

- Line 185: Update the scaling calculation around `json!({key: base * nv /
100.0})` so each selected shape’s target dimension is computed from that shape’s
own baseline, rather than applying one shared absolute value to all selected
shapes.
- Line 216: Update the Center positioning path around the shape.move request to
calculate each selected shape’s top-left coordinates using that shape’s own
half-width and half-height, rather than reusing offsets derived from the first
shape; alternatively, restrict Center positioning to a single selected shape.

Note on what I changed before landing: merged main in, moved Size & Properties into its own size_tab (clippy's complexity limit) and switched the From combo to craft_ui::ComboBox (main bans egui's).
