Outline RTF: write PowerPoint heading styles, keep empty and '- ' titles on open - #1446
PowerPoint's Outline/RTF save writes a stylesheet with \s1-\s9 heading styles and tags each paragraph with one (no \outlinelevel); an untitled slide is an empty \s1 paragraph.
Export: writes the \s1-\s9 stylesheet and tags titles \s1 and body paragraphs \s2-\s9, besides \outlinelevel.
Import: reads \sN as level N-1 when no \outlinelevel is given. rtf_to_slides builds slides straight from the paragraphs, so an empty \s1 title makes an untitled slide and a title like - x keeps its dash (the plain-text outline path drops both). Opening an RTF file uses it.
The text-only paths (rtf_to_outline, the insert-from-outline dialog) still drop empty titles and strip a leading - .
Checked: cargo test -p deckcraft-format rtf (11 pass), clippy and fmt on format and engine on Linux. Real PowerPoint via COM on Windows: exported an outline from PowerPoint to see its RTF, and opened DeckCraft's export in it (2 slides, titles and body levels as expected). Not run: full cargo xtask ci, macOS.

New Features
RTF imports use heading styles, outline levels, and indentation to identify paragraph levels and organize slide content.
Imported slides preserve empty titles at the top outline level and titles beginning with a hyphen.
RTF exports include heading styles for slide titles and body paragraphs.
Bug Fixes
RTF imports preserve slide structure more accurately when opening files or file data.

Walkthrough
RTF export assigns heading styles to title and body paragraphs. RTF import resolves paragraph levels from outline metadata, heading styles, or indentation. The file command sends RTF input directly to slide conversion, preserving empty level-0 titles and titles beginning with - .
RTF export defines heading styles \s1–\s9 and applies them to title and body paragraphs. Tests cover exported heading-style declarations.
Parse RTF and create slides crates/format/src/rtf.rs, crates/engine/src/cmd/file.rs, crates/engine/src/tests.rs
The parser collects paragraph text and resolves levels from \outlinelevel, recognized heading styles, or indentation. rtf_to_outline renders nonempty paragraphs as tab-indented text. The file command sends RTF directly to rtf_to_slides, which retains empty level-0 titles and titles beginning with - . Tests cover heading-style imports, empty titles, dash-prefixed titles, and inherited styles.

Review details
Systems and components
observed — crates (service) was modified; 3 changed files map to changed impact.
Before / after behavior
observed — Modified behavior in crates/engine/src/cmd/file.rs: RTF input now goes directly through rtf_to_slides; previously it was converted to outline text and then processed by outline_to_slides. Markdown input continues to use markdown_to_slides.
observed — Modified behavior in crates/format/src/rtf.rs: The module documentation now describes heading-style export and both import paths, including preservation of empty titles and titles beginning - in rtf_to_slides.
observed — Modified behavior in crates/format/src/rtf.rs: slides_to_rtf now defines \s1–\s9 heading styles and applies \s1 plus \outlinelevel0 to titles; previously it emitted no stylesheet and titles had no assigned style.
observed — Modified behavior in crates/format/src/rtf.rs: Body paragraphs now receive a heading style from \s2 through \s9 in addition to their outline level and indent; previously they had no assigned style.

Add engine command coverage for the new RTF title cases.
The format-level test covers empty \s1 titles and - dash, but outline_rtf_exports_and_opens_back only checks Roadmap through file.open. No engine test checks these cases through file.openBytes. Add coverage that feeds the fixture through both commands and asserts the empty title and literal - dash title.

paragraph with level 0 is retained even when its heading style is inherited and
fresh is false. Distinguish an explicit paragraph terminator from the final
end-of-input flush, which must not create an extra empty title.
- Around line 297-299: Update the “s” style handling that sets self.style_level
so arbitrary paragraph-style IDs are not treated as heading levels; resolve
levels from stylesheet definitions or a confirmed PowerPoint outline style, and
otherwise preserve the existing indent-based fallback.

ReviewerA — source-read COMMENT (not an approval)
I read the first hunk: opening an RTF outline now calls rtf_to_slides on the presentation instead of converting to text first, and per the title the outline RTF writer produces PowerPoint's heading styles and an empty title or a title starting with - is kept on open (before, an empty title was dropped and a leading - was read as a bullet). Round-tripping what PowerPoint writes is the goal. I did not read the writer or the new parser. Check the handling of nested levels (more than 9), RTF control words inside titles (\'e9 escapes, \uc1\u233), a file with no headings (one slide), and that text files and Markdown go through the path they did before. Add round-trip tests for each case. Nothing was run.
I ran nothing and have no exact-head CI result for this PR, so this is not an approval. Where a diff was long I read its code hunks rather than every generated or documentation line.
