Description

This pull request adds a tr-TR (Turkish) translation file for the AltDrag application. The translation is based on the original en-US strings and includes all user interface elements.

Changes

• Introduced a new struct strings for the Turkish language (tr-TR).
• All strings were translated to Turkish with attention to clarity and consistency.
• Technical terms were carefully localized to maintain usability.

Notes

• The translation aims to be user-friendly and as close to the original intent as possible.
• Formatting and placeholders were preserved from the English version.
