Prepare Wayfarer 1.9.10 release

Prepare Wayfarer 1.9.10 with Geoapify field/presentation and retained-line round-trip corrections (#572 / #574), plus consistent geographic statistics and missing-parent rendering (#573 / #575). Four-file release-only diff updates version metadata, compiled-version assertion, dated changelog and maintainer evidence.

Audited range: v1.9.9 (dd3d0b0) through 49ea22e contains exactly #574 and #575. Previous released notes are preserved; one empty Unreleased remains.

Migration: 20260905095140_AddLocationProviderAddressLine1 adds nullable Locations.ProviderAddressLine1 varchar(500), with matching snapshot and no default/data rewrite. Apply when upgrading; preserve PostgreSQL and its matching Data Protection key ring. Local development migration success is retained session evidence only, not production evidence.

Review and validation:

• Independent review freshly passed release metadata check, 21 helper tests, 26 versioning tests, exact Wayfarer 1.9.10 CLI stdout with empty stderr and exit 0, and whitespace checks.
• The only review blocker was temporary session status in permanent upgrade guidance. Focused re-review of c0b5d37 confirms only that paragraph changed and the blocker is resolved; maintainer evidence and metadata unchanged.
• Code Guard complete-branch REVIEW only for coherent 867-line changelog; no FAIL/INCOMPLETE or policy/baseline changes.
• Included PR merge identities and exact-head test successes verified through gh. Retained product selections overlap and are not additive; broad suites were not repeated for metadata preparation.

Limits: full-page/Edit and published-statistics browser observations remain unavailable; no full-suite-green claim. Historical mixed values remain stored. Statistics use recorded parent-scoped labels and one Greece-specific correction, not universal identity. Existing Mapbox/Trip/released-Mobile contracts are preserved with documented unknown-field limitations.

This PR prepares release source only. Publication, deployable artifact/checksum, production migration/deployment and runtime verification remain separate steps. Keep #505 and deferred issues open; older #505 version references are not current release evidence.
