It was already effectively the same as the non-white-label one, given that the ToC needs to be regenerated based on the spine, but it is particularly unnecessary after commit 486dd56, which always re-generates from the template, rather than from the existing toc.xhtml file.

Thanks for bringing this up. I actually went ahead and tweaked the default ToC template to match the white label one, and make some other small tweaks while I'm at it in db936d4. |
