### Migration Guide

Follow these steps to upgrade to version 1.9.x from 1.8.x

- For OpenShift: update the channel from `release-1.8` to `release-1.9` in your OLM Subscription.
- For Kubernetes: update the Helm chart version to `1.9.x`.

#### Troubleshooting Steps for Upgrade

- If CRD-related errors occur after upgrade, such as a field not being defined for FinOps CRs, purge the FinOps CRDs and trigger a re-install:

# Trigger re-install by deleting the FinOps Operator CR
