[Feature] rich text input + tui default smooth scrolling like warp #7425
Description
via Discord
i saw warp has some useful feature/experience:
- Rich text input - formatting, inline code, syntax highlighting right in the prompt box. Makes composing commands and multi-line input way cleaner. its like havcing cursor like testbox which kind of hijacks the cli agent's input.
- Smooth scrolling in the TUI by default: here i saw there terminal's scroll does not look like ordinary terminal scrolls (line jumps) -> rather it looks like smoother scroll (check attached video).
these two stuff would be an nice addition to orca.
