[Feature] Draggable projects and groups in the sidebar

[orca-discord-issues]

Currently there doesn't seem to be an intuitive way to reorder the sidebar beyond the worktrees themselves (the dragging functionality here is great). It would be incredible if we could drag the groups/projects to reorder them as well (and also move projects into/between groups).

(see picture for reference)

I'm happy to make a PR for this if it would be helpful, for reference I also made a PR for Helium support (#6768) in case that gives any insight to my work.

<@143032661181595648> I agree, would be good to drag projects. A PR would be super appreciated! 🙏

Adding a concrete +1: please support dragging an existing project onto a project group to add it to that group. The drop target should make the grouping action clear, while preserving the existing behavior for drag-reordering projects and groups.

acro PR is up, if you don't mind reviewing! #6911

ended up being a bit more complex than I was expecting since I did a bit of unification on the dragging logic, but it works like a charm 🙂

would love any thoughts / feel free to let me know if you want anything changed!

Sorry haven't had a chance to update this since I think the CTO made some changes and there's conflicts.

I saw that you were working on some of the sidebar stuff (Jinjing), it might be worth just throwing an agent at my PR and using it for some of the virtualization stuff since I had implemented it all for a previous Orca version.

Just wanted to let you know in case you were struggling with some of the same bugs I hit! (it's way more complex than I would've guessed originally :))
