About me

I'm a high school graduate. Class of '26. Bustanlik Specialized School (ITMA) My focus is on practical tools — Telegram bots, web platforms, and dashboards — that solve actual problems for students and teachers at my school.

Most of what I know came from building and shipping. I've gone from writing my first bot to deploying multi-feature platforms with PostgreSQL, FastAPI, and CI/CD pipelines on Railway and Render.

Currently maintaining sultanov.space — a personal portfolio and home to several subdomains powering school tools.

Projects

🤖 Bustanlik SS Testing System

DTM exam results management platform with Telegram bot frontend.

The main project I maintain. Students take mock exams, submit answers, and wait — admins release results manually via bot. Features include certificate generation, Excel import/export, rankings, email broadcasts, Discord notifications, AI analytics, and a full /yonalishlar command covering 227 university directions.

📝 IELTS Mock Platform

Browser-based IELTS mock exam system for students and language learners.

Students authenticate with an OTP code, complete timed Listening/Reading/Writing tasks, and submit — all from a static HTML/JS frontend. Audio hosted on Cloudinary. Built and deployed solo from schema design to DNS config.

Anonymous feedback bot for school — students send messages, admins reply.

Multi-admin support, reply threading, Railway deployment. Built with aiogram 3.x FSM pattern.
