Upgrade stable2606

Changes to adapt to polkadot version stable2606, with fmt run.
Changes were:

• changed sp_core::hashing to sp_crypto_hashing
• adding default configs for assetconversion and psm
• direct import of needed cid version
• changed name of extrinsic from recovery pallet "as_recovered" to "control_inherited_account"

I tested it with cid removed, and it works fine, can you confirm?
