The star history chart in the README was broken because the original provider no longer works reliably due to GitHub stargazer API restrictions. Point the chart at the new star-history.dera.page endpoint so it renders again.

The star history chart in the README is currently broken and no longer renders because the old provider hit GitHub stargazer API restrictions. This change points the chart at the new star-history.dera.page endpoint, which uses a different data source that works without an API token, so the chart displays correctly again.
