GMA3600 Patch for Windows 10

Patch the Windows 7 driver to use it on Windows 10

• For Windows 10 32-bit 1607 and 1809 only.
• 3D acceleration disabled.
• Install the driver with the 'have disk' method and accept the unsigned driver prompt.
