This pull request introduces the initial implementation of the
@sqlbi/daxformatter-mcppackage, a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server for formatting and validating DAX expressions using the SQLBI DAX Formatter service. It includes the core client, formatting tool, type definitions, and configuration for building, testing, and continuous integration.
