vitest and @vitest/coverage-v8 pin each other's version exactly as a peer dependency (vitest 4.1.10 requires @vitest/coverage-v8@4.1.10 and vice versa), so this PR alone fails npm ci with ERESOLVE — confirmed by this PR's own CI. Bumped both together in #17 (merged), which supersedes this PR. Closing.
