[FuSa] Add SRAP change impact analysis examples

Updates FunctionalSafety examples with an SRAP usage pattern aligned to ChangeTrigger and ChangeImpactAnalysis in PR #1442.

This examples-only PR shows:

• Requirement value change: ChangeTrigger records the lab finding, investigatedBy links the trigger to ChangeImpactAnalysis, ChangeImpactAnalysis identifies invalidated, added, and impacted elements, amendedBy links old and new requirements, and RequirementVerification, EvaluationResult, and EvidenceRelationship show downstream verification and evidence.
• CVE-triggered safety impact analysis: the Security profile carries Vulnerability and VEX status, while FunctionalSafety adds SafetyContextRelationship, ChangeTrigger, ChangeImpactAnalysis, RequirementVerification, EvaluationResult, and EvidenceRelationship.

This PR intentionally does not add a new SRAPAssessment class. It demonstrates how SRAP travels as SPDX graph data using existing patterns plus PR #1442.
