SARA-R4 HARDWARE MODULE MUST BE UPDATED WITH NEW FIRMWARE FROM UBLOX FOR FULL FUNCTIONALITY. DEVICE CURRENTLY SHIPS WITH OBSOLETE FIRMWARE.

Library did not support UDP listening as specified by uBlox. Implemented rough stack of code to listen for UDP packets. Still needs some cleanup.
