The suffix for each of the pdf files :  
'ref_celltype_distribution.pdf' : cell type proportions in the single cell / single nuclei data.
'mapped_celltype_distribution.pdf' : mapped cell type proportions onto the spatial data.
'confidence_scores_histogram.pdf' : frequency distribution of confidence scores across the spatial data 
'confidence_scores_distribution.pdf' : spatial distribution of the confidence scores plotted onto the tissue 
'spatial_distribution.pdf' : mapped cell type spatial distribution ; observe the laminar patterns as the first order validation
