Avoids continuously iterating up. Big savings on any moving entities with many children (mostly mobs or fatter) but negligible for everything else.

HUGE savings on PVS re-entry / movement for entities with lots of children, doesn't matter for anything else.
For 10 children it went from 1.89micro to 1.80micro, so a rounding error, but 100 went from 70micro to 30micro.
