Issuer: (custom Soroban tokens, no issuer)

This PR adds two files, one per token, following the precedent of #90 (deJTRSY and deJAAA, same issuer and contract family).

Checklist

• This PR adds or edits only token files under assets/, each named after the token's Soroban contract address (two files, one per token, as in Add Centrifuge tokens (deJTRSY, deJAAA) #90).
• It does not touch tokenList.json (CI regenerates it after merge) or any other file.
• name and org are filled in, and code, issuer, contract, domain, icon and decimals match the asset's stellar.toml. (Custom Soroban tokens, no stellar.toml: code and decimals match the on-chain symbol() and decimals(); deHYB name matches on-chain name(), HYB name is the fund name, on-chain name() is "NYLIMUSHighYieldBondFund".)
• domain is the bare domain (no https://) and is the same as the issuer account's on-chain home_domain. (Not applicable: no issuer account, domain omitted.)
• icon is a public URL that returns an image, or an IPFS CID.
• yarn && yarn verify passes locally.
• I represent the organization issuing this token, or I have linked below where they asked for this listing.

Asset type

• Stellar classic asset: contract is the Stellar Asset Contract derived from code and issuer.
• Custom Soroban token (no issuer): link the contract source code and any audit below.

HYB is the tokenized NYLIM US High Yield Bond Fund, issued through the Centrifuge protocol. deHYB is its freely transferable deRWA version
