This PR updates the mod to Minecraft 26.1.2 and bumps up the mod version to 1.1.0.
As of 16.06.26, the UK players seem to not be able to use the chat whatsoever anymore without age verification. We've tested this updated build on our third-party server, and it successfully bypasses the now-mandatory age verification thing.
This PR also fully removes the Parchment dependency, since MC 26.1 and forward are not obfuscated.
