Corrects the PyTorch audit rationale and adds dated, explicit exceptions for the two local APIs Oída does not call while retaining the validated MOSS-Audio Torch 2.10 runtime. The complete local gate passed: 326 tests plus 13 subtests, Ruff, compilation, JavaScript syntax, and an all-extras audit with zero non-excepted findings.
