removed 'NO_ACTION_MACRO', 'NO_ACTION_FUNCTION' and 'DESCRIPTION' as they are no longer valid options for compilation in QMK 0.17.9

Removed some obsolete definitions from the config that throw warnings when attempting to compile with v0.17.9 of QMK
