Relocates the program IDL from
program/idl.jsontoidl.jsonat the repository root, to align with the other repos in the solana-program org (where the canonical IDL path keeps badge URLs uniform and self-evidently discoverable). Thecodama.mjsidlfield is updated accordingly; regenerated clients are identical (only the path moves).
