Verified: LICENSE now contains the verbatim Apache License 2.0 text with the appendix filled in as "Copyright Solana Mobile Inc.", preserving the year from the previous file. No license change — the repo was already Apache-2.0, this replaces the truncated boilerplate header with the full text so GitHub can detect it.

The LICENSE file currently holds only the short-form Apache 2.0 boilerplate notice, so GitHub cannot detect the license and the repo is listed as "Other". This replaces it with the complete Apache License 2.0 text.
