Brings the README up to date with the current API: the Md4cFlags initializer parameter, link long-press, selection control and color, selection-menu configuration, image request headers, local image sources, clipboard flavors, VoiceOver behavior, and a table of the iOS 15 vs 16 feature gates. Also rewords source comments to describe behavior in standalone terms instead of referencing the Android implementation. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
