Add open book exam advice section

Addresses a request to incorporate Cornell LSC's open book exam guidance into the syllabi.

Changes

• 0301_doingwell_irl.Rmd: Adds a new ## Open Book Exams section after the async learning section with six actionable tips adapted from Cornell's Learning Strategies Center guide:
  • Prepare as you would for any exam
  • Organize materials beforehand (index/summary sheet)
  • Prioritize understanding over memorization
  • Practice navigating materials under timed conditions
  • Use references to verify, not to learn on the fly
  • Manage time carefully — don't over-dwell on lookups
